Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharma technician to join our pharmaceutical operations team. This role supports the preparation, packaging, and shipment of finished medications in a cGMP-regulated environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and label pharmaceutical products for shipment
• Perform inventory counts, stock rotation, and product verification
• Maintain cleanroom and work area hygiene in line with regulatory standards
• Support reconciliation of physical vs. digital inventory records
• Log batch data and maintain equipment usage records
• Assist with routine inspections and ensure cGMP/GDP compliance
• Follow SOPs and report safety or quality issues promptly

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary science or tech education a plus)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, fulfillment, or warehouse environments preferred
• Familiarity with cGMP, inventory systems, and basic documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable wearing PPE and working in cleanroom conditions
