We are seeking a highly skilled Planner to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our client, a prominent government-supporting shipbuilding company, specializes in the construction of small crafts/boats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, yachting, or DoD planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage construction schedules for small craft projects.
• Plan and oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with subcontract vendors to ensure seamless integration of components and services.
• Provide detailed construction plans, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, yachting, or DoD planning.
• Strong understanding of small craft construction and the ability to manage projects.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work effectively with subcontract vendors and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in creating and managing BOM and IMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
