The Plant Operations Manager will be engineering-tech-driven with strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
▪ Manage the factory operations for the entire plant, coordinate manufacturing operations, manage 4 departments consisting of 8 direct reports and 35+ production employees
▪ Work specifically with the Operations Team, which includes the CFO, COO, HR Manager, and Engineering Manager
▪ Report directly to the COO
Earnings:
▪ Base salary range is $125k - $150k (depending on experience)
▪ Excellent benefits package; 100% coverage of Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums, 401K matching, corporate card, paid travel expenses, and relocation package if needed
Requirements:
▪ Candidate must have 10+ years of Plant Operations Management experience and be extremely proficient in all forms of computer technology, productivity measures, scheduling, and financials
▪ Candidate must be very people-oriented, analytical, and an adaptable leader in a highly fluid environment (able to handle rapid and repeated changes in priority and focus).
▪ Candidate must maintain a positive work environment for promoting and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the facility
▪ Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering
