Greene Resources is seeking a Private Banking Officer to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Develop and cultivate new private banking relationships to achieve targeted deposit income and ancillary product sales objectives.
Proactively manage and service the existing portfolio by identifying opportunities for growth and enhanced client engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to maintain exceptional service standards, leverage individual strengths, and build a market reputation for excellence.
Ensure accurate and thorough maintenance of all relationship files.
Utilize internal and external resources, including other lenders and their teams, to anticipate and address client needs effectively.
Provide supervision and guidance to staff, if applicable.
Comply with all federal laws, rules, and regulations related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Position Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Extensive knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements.
Strong understanding of bank products and affiliates, with the ability to effectively promote and cross-sell.
Demonstrated success in business development and sales.
Well-established connections with referral sources and centers of influence within the market.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
High sense of urgency with strong decision-making abilities.
