Litix is transforming how education organizations understand and use data. Our platform provides actionable insights and analytics that help school districts and municipalities make smarter, data-driven decisions. We’re now designing our first customer-facing experience — and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to bring it to life.

About the Role

As Litix’s first Product Designer , you’ll define and shape our visual and interaction design language from the ground up. You’ll work closely with engineers and product leaders to create an intuitive, elegant, and data-rich experience for users — typically superintendents and town managers who need complex compensation and staffing data simplified into clear, visual insights.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about data visualization , dashboard design , and building design systems that communicate complex information simply.

What You’ll Do

• Design and launch Litix’s first customer-facing user experience
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and design system
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for dashboards and analytics tools
• Transform large, complex data sets into clear and visually engaging dashboards
• Partner closely with engineers to ensure seamless handoff and implementation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of experience in product or UX/UI design , preferably in data-heavy or analytics-focused products
• Strong portfolio showcasing data visualization , dashboard , or analytics work
• Experience working closely with engineering teams and real collaboration
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Ability to translate complex data into simple, intuitive experiences
• Bonus: Experience designing for education , municipal , or public sector platforms
