Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a focus on healthcare architecture to lead our projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare design, knowledge of relevant regulations, and a passion for creating innovative healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage architectural projects in the healthcare sector, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize Revit software for project documentation and design visualization.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the architecture and healthcare sectors.
- Proven knowledge of HCAI and OSHPD standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
- Licensure as an Architect (AIA, NCARB) and LEED AP certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
