Project Manager/Engineer
Multi-Family Housing
My client, a builder/developer of infill multi-family projects throughout the metro San Diego area, is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer to join their team. This position will report to the Sr. Project Manager. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN SOCAL.
Responsibilities
- Assist.drive in the permit process within the various municipalities.
- Manage RFI's.
- Act as a 'bridge' between the field and the office.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar position in San Diego
- A working understanding of all the moving parts needed to get a project off the ground and started.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
