Job Description

Our client is seeking a nimble, solutions-driven Account/Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution across creative and marketing initiatives. This role requires managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards and fostering collaboration across teams.

Position Title: Account/Project Manager

Onsite/Remote?: Onsite (5 days a week)- St. Louis, MO 63105

Duration: 2 months

Hours per week (if not 40, is it a specific schedule or flexible?): 40 hours per week

Target Start Date: ASAP

Dress Code: Biz Casual

Pay: $34/hr

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver project plans using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resourcing for multiple projects.
• Coordinate asset delivery across digital, social, video, print, email, and event channels.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, including production projects.
• Support client-facing account management to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain quality control and provide event support as needed.
• Assist with resource planning across teams.

Team Structure:

• Collaborates closely with account leads, creative teams, senior project managers, and external vendors/contractors.

Technical Requirements:

• Monday.com (or equivalent project management tools).
• Media trafficking tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Top Must-Haves:

• 3–4+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience with media specs, print production, and vendor coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
