About Us
We are seeking a Property Manager to support commercial retail tenants throughout the Tucson area. Our client is proud to maintain a family-oriented, collaborative culture in a high output environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations for assigned assets
- Collect rent and oversee tenant billing
- Coordinate and manage vendors, maintenance, and repairs
- Process and pay property-related invoices and expenses
- Ensure lease compliance and maintain tenant relations
- Assist with reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as needed
- Maintain accurate records within Yardi or MRI
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of property management experience (commercial or residential accepted)
- Arizona Real Estate License (required by state law)
- Experience using Yardi or MRI preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree not required—experience and initiative matter most

Compensation
- $50,000–$60,000 per year , depending on experience
