Role Overview

We’re searching for a Raw Materials Manager to lead material planning, procurement, and inventory operations that support efficient production and sustainable growth. This role is central to ensuring materials flow seamlessly into production, costs are tracked with precision, and vendors are managed strategically

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain raw material inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and alignment with production schedules.
• Analyze BOM data to forecast demand and provide accurate garment costing and budget reports.
• Source and procure raw materials, negotiating vendor pricing, terms, and lead times.
• Lead and mentor the RM Inventory Coordinator, improving ERP use and reporting processes.
• Oversee seasonal warehouse revamps, year-end audits, and ensure compliance with labeling/packaging regulations.
• Promote sustainability by reducing waste and improving material utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure smooth seasonal flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in raw material planning, procurement, or supply chain (fashion/apparel).

• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for reporting/analysis.

• Proven experience managing budgets, costing, and inventory accuracy.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
