Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and greeting visitors
• Manage office mailings
• Order office supplies, track inventory and coordinate restocking when needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of office experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi task
