Position: Regional Bank Manager Compensation: $ 65,000 - $ 75,000 annually Location: Weatherford, Oklahoma Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Regional Bank Manager to join their team! You'll work closely with the Market President, driving the success of retail operations while fostering a culture of excellence and customer service. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Lead and supervise daily operations of retail banking services Hire, train, and evaluate retail banking staff Conduct regular meetings with Retail Supervisors Ensure accuracy and accountability in banking activities Collaborate with management to develop best practices Perform various banking duties as needed Stay informed on banking regulations and security procedures Travel between branches as required Required Qualifications & Experience: ~ Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s preferred ~3-5 years of banking or management experience ~ Strong leadership and communication skills ~ Analytical and problem-solving abilities ~ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in retail banking management Knowledge of banking regulations Proficiency in mentoring and coaching teams Perks & Benefits: ~ This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
