Job Title: Full-Time and Part time Dental Hygienist
Location: Erie, CO
Job Type: Full-Time, 4-5 days a week and Part-Time 1-3 days
Experience Level: 3+ year preferred (new grads welcome to apply)

Our team values compassion, communication, and clinical excellence. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice full-time and part time.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
Take and review dental x-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Assist with patient charting and documentation
Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
Active Colorado Dental Hygienist License (Required)
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with digital charting (open Dental) and x-rays (Dexis)
Licensed in administration of local anesthetic
Malpractice coverage required
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications but not required:
Proficient in Open Dental and Dexis
Recent OSHA and HIPAA training
Dental Laser Certification
Invisalign and Itero Scanning Experience
Wages offered:
$60: Single column, 1 hour hygiene appointments
$60-$75: Assisted Accelerated hygiene, 1 hour staggered appointments with overlap (similar to a dentist’s schedule) managed with a hygiene assistant.
Salary incentive program in addition to hourly wage offered.
