Locations in Pleasanton, San Jose, Mountain View and Las Vegas. We are looking to expand and are looking to hire a proven and self-driven salesperson to join our team. REMODEL/NEW POOL SALES POSITION

• Salesperson for Remodel or New Pool sales
• Positions open in Las Vegas Area
• Company provided leads
• Design, written and verbal communications with potential customers
• Work with Coordinators, Superintendents, Accounting
• Positive team player
• Being knowledgeable about our products and services
• Self-disciplined to handle high volume of leads
• High Commission structure

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain sales leads
• Presentations to prospective clients
• Close business deals
• Being knowledgeable about our products and services offered

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven closer
• At least 3 years of previous professional sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Account management skills
• Ability to multi-task, process oriented and excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to make quick, effective decisions
• Strong relationship building and customer service skills
• Positive team player attitude
• Prospecting and lead generation
• Setting, working towards and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Must work well with Coordinators, Superintendents, Accounting and all persons involved
• with the project
• Working knowledge of the city building permit process

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Swimming Pool Remodel: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
