InVitro Cell Research (ICR) is dedicated to solving some of the most difficult problems in aging and age-related disease to extend human healthspan. Our thriving In Vitro Diagnostics and Biomarkers team is central to our mission. We're hiring Scientists to join our dynamic, team-oriented environment and use state-of-the-art instrumentation to solve complex problems in human health and disease.

As a Biomarkers Scientist with us, you'll get to:

• Lead the development of novel biomarker assays
• Analyze trends in human biomarker data to detect and predict disease
• Collaborate with many other company teams to research upstream causes and downstream effects of changes in human health and disease biomarkers
• Oversee projects from inception to delivery

• Have a PhD in biomedical science with at least 2 years of post-graduate experience or MS with at least 5 years of experience
• Have extensive molecular/cellular biology and biochemistry experience
• Possess working knowledge of immunoassays
• Have experience with assay development
• Enjoy working in dynamic team environments
• Are passionate about cutting-edge technology

Ideally, you'll also have:

• A demonstrated record of research accomplishment in biomarkers or in vitro diagnostics
• Expert knowledge in molecular/cellular diagnostics and biomarker discovery and development (blood-based, urine-based, saliva-based, etc)
• Experience with Luminex or MSD preferred
• Experience with clinical chemistry analyzers
• Programming experience (R and Python)

And you'll need:

• An easygoing, friendly personality
• The ability to work in the United States without sponsorship

Position title and compensation are commensurate with experience.

The compensation ranges listed below are starting ranges.

Starting base pay range: $115,000/yr - $160,000/yr

Starting bonus range: $5,000/yr - $17,500/yr
