Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or co-lead major class action litigation across consumer and mass tort domains

• Develop litigation strategy and oversee all stages of class certification and resolution

• Draft and argue dispositive motions, trial briefs, and appellate filings

• Manage discovery, including depositions and expert coordination

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

• Supervise attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff

• Liaise with clients and class members throughout all phases of litigation

• Monitor class action legal developments and regulatory trends

Qualifications:

• 20 years of class action or mass tort litigation experience

• Proven record as lead counsel or senior litigator in complex cases

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Active license and in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar

• Strategic litigation thinker with strong writing and oral advocacy skills

• Experience managing litigation teams and mentoring junior attorneys

• Familiarity with class certification procedures and consumer protection laws
