Senior Data Scientist – Predictive Modeling | Python | Business Impact

We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions across the business. You’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into strategic recommendations and intelligent systems.

Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, Tableau/Power BI, AWS/GCP, MLFlow, Spark

🔍 What You'll Do:

• Design and deploy machine learning models to solve high-value business problems
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and evaluate outcomes
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track model performance
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to data science best practices, experimentation frameworks, and model governance

🧠 What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied analytics
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data wrangling
• Experience with cloud-based data tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven ability to translate complex data into business value
• Bonus: Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or time series modeling
