JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Financial Analyst with deep expertise in automation, robotics, and Power BI (DAX). This role will be instrumental in building dynamic dashboards, automating financial reporting processes, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in finance and accounting, paired with advanced data analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards using DAX and Power Query to visualize financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Automate financial reporting processes and integrate data from ERP systems, robotics platforms, and other sources.
• Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and operational metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Operations) to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Build scalable data models and ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate and timely reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in automation or robotics environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Power Query.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and forecasting techniques. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience with Azure, Python, R, or other statistical tools.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms.
• Certification in Power BI (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
