About the Role:
Our client, a well-established organization in the Ewing, NJ area, is seeking a Human Resources Professional to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions, supporting company-wide initiatives, and driving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive HR professional who is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for fostering a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes • Support workforce planning and talent development initiatives • Partner with leadership on HR strategy and policy development • Maintain and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations • Handle benefits administration and coordinate with vendors as needed
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Work Schedule:
Hybrid schedule, on site 4 days, remote one day.
