I'm working with a scientific publisher and data analytics company that provides tools and services to support researchers, looking to add a Sr. UX Researcher to their team!

Location: Remote - Must be in the Philadelphia area

Contract Duration: 6 months with potential to extend/convert

Pay Rate: $60-65/hr

Start Date: 1/5/26

About this role:

• Conduct impactful research, analyze large datasets of unstructured written text, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Align research solutions with product strategy to ensure our tools meet user and business needs
• Develop an evidence-based research strategy leveraging large datasets, in partnership with designers, PMs, engineers, and data scientists
• Efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles, sharing actionable findings with your team
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer use cases and ensure their needs are addressed, using insights derived from large-scale text data

Experience:

• Proven experience in UX research, including designing and executing studies involving large datasets of unstructured written text
• Experience with large-scale text analysis such as text mining, sentiment analysis, clustering, and natural language processing
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including text analysis, coding, natural language processing, and synthesis
