Job Description Summary:

The Repair Tech / Parts Associate plays a key role in supporting the Customer Service team by

handling warranty and service requests, including collaborating with team members (such as

working with Customer Service Manager and Repair Technician team to develop effective repair

solutions). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to troubleshoot and

resolve technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

● Responding to assigned service tickets,

● Repairing both warranty and non-warranty units,

● Managing parts inventory,

● Ensuring accurate and timely packing and shipping of orders.

● Attend trade shows when needed,

● Attend video products training courses regularly.

Qualifications:

● Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as a Repair Technician either in micro mobility,

electric scooters or bikes Repair Fields.

● Hold a valid driver’s license

● Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics,

including drivability testing.

● Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.

● Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps.

● Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 60lbs on a frequent basis.

● Ability to use Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets

and databases
