About the Role

GF Sprague, one of Greater Boston’s most respected exterior remodeling companies, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Shop Runner to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our projects running smoothly by supporting our field crews with timely material deliveries, trailer swaps, and cleanup runs.

If you enjoy working independently, staying on the move, and being an essential part of a professional team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver materials to and from residential job sites throughout the area
• Haul and dump trailers at approved dump sites
• Pick up and return extra materials or supplies as needed
• Remove debris and trash from job sites to maintain clean, professional work areas
• Assist the warehouse and production teams as needed to keep operations organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a pickup truck and pulling a trailer
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to safely lift and move materials as needed
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Full-time, year-round (hours may vary slightly during winter and rain days)
