Position: Software Engineer

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma, Full Remote

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead new application development using Event Sourcing architecture
• Update existing applications to modern architectural patterns
• Introduce new UX patterns and data-exchange approaches
• Ensure strong security practices, emphasizing encryption
• Collaborate with data science, compliance, and product teams
• Design solutions compliant with standards like CJIS, SOC 2, VAWA
• Support, maintain, and enhance existing infrastructure
• Work within Python, NodeJS, Rust, AWS, MongoDB, Neo4j stack
• Mentor and lead other software engineers
• Establish and extend best practices for development processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
• Strong background in software engineering and application development
• Hands-on experience with NodeJS and Python
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Experience leading projects from concept through deployment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Rust
• Familiarity with AWS, MongoDB, and Neo4j
• Knowledge of CJIS, SOC 2, and VAWA standards
