Now Hiring: Paraprofessionals (27 Openings)

📍 Colorado Springs, CO | In-Person School-Based Roles

We are actively hiring Paraprofessionals for multiple school sites within a Colorado Springs–area district. These are full-time, school-based positions supporting students across a variety of educational settings. Candidates will discuss placement site locations with recruiters and assignments will be finalized during the interview process.

• Position Title: Paraprofessional
• Number of Openings: 27
• Pay Rate: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)
• Start Date: January 12, 2026
• End Date: May 21, 2026
• Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Work Setting: In-person only (no virtual roles)
• District Address: Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree OR 48+ College credits

Two Possible Paraprofessional Role Types

Candidates may be placed into one of two support models , depending on site needs and student IEPs:

1️⃣ General Classroom / Program Support

• Support students in classroom or program-wide settings

May serve in:

• Mild/Moderate classrooms
• Moderate/Severe classrooms
• General education inclusion settings
• Preschool / ECSE programs

2️⃣ SSN (Student-Specific Need) / BII-Level Support

• Provides 1:1 or student-specific support tied to an individual student’s IEP
• Common responsibilities may include:
• 1:1 paraprofessional or aide support
• Behavior support for a specific student
• Medical, safety, or mobility assistance (e.g., elopement risk, feeding, toileting)
• Highly individualized accommodations

Caseload & Grade Levels

• Caseload size and grade level vary by site
• Details will be discussed during interviews
