Onward Search Education is a specialized education staffing and talent solutions company that helps educators, therapists, and school health professionals find top jobs with the nation's top schools.

We are partnering with a supportive school district in Grays Harbor County, WA to hire two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year.

Location: Grays Harbor County, WA

Start Date: September 9, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week

Grade Levels: K-12

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to students across multiple school sites
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Travel between school locations as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SLP License
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate
• Completion of a PESB-approved ESA course, an out-of-state program leading to ESA certification, or verification of three years of out-of-state experience
• Right Response Certification (or willingness to obtain)
