Job Description:
The Sales Consultant / Physician Recruiter role at Honor Providers is a dynamic position that blends inside sales, recruiting, and consulting. You'll work closely with doctors, advising them on career decisions and supporting hospitals with workforce planning. This role is designed to equip you with the experience and skills needed to become a successful sales leader in the locum tenens space.
Responsibilities:
- Business development
- Cold and warm outreach (calls and emails)
- Data management in CRM
- Master healthcare staffing
- Travel for client engagements and industry conferences (1-2 times per year)
Desired Qualifications:
- Executive presence
- Confident speaking with C-Suite and hospital administration
- Manage expectations with high income earners
- Negotiation skills. High-income clients expect maximum value.
- Determined, self-motivated, and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with daily phone activity (cold calling, prospecting, relationship management)
- Systematic approach to lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valued traits: contributors, problem solvers, hunters, and team players
- 3+ years of sales, recruiting or business development experience
