Our Marketing Agency client is searching for a Studio/Print Production

Manager to join their team.

Location: Onsite; Lenaxa, KS\

Duration: 8 weeks to start; 40hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end print production for direct mail fundraising,

including vendor coordination, proofs, and delivery.

• Create and prioritize purchase orders in ERP systems; expedite as

needed to meet client timelines.

• Accurately quote and estimate costs for print and mail projects;

review job costs to ensure budget compliance.

• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and supplier terms while maintaining

strong vendor relationships and sourcing new suppliers.

• Assist with lettershop pricing, vendor selection, and ordering

additional printed materials as required.

• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, cost

savings, and quality control.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to

clarify specifications and exceed client expectations.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, or related field

preferred.

• Minimum 3 years in lettershop or commercial printing; direct mail

experience a plus.

• Strong math, analytical, and critical thinking skills for cost

estimation and purchasing decisions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with

exceptional organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; excellent

negotiation and communication skills.

• Understanding of print/design principles and end-to-end print

processes.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project

management.
