Contract Duration: 12 Months on W2, eligible for full benefits, potential to extend or convert **Required Skills & Experience:** What you need to succeed (Minimum Qualifications) + 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Product Engineer, product owner or equivalent. + Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery. + Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production. + Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. + Strong written, oral communication, and social skills · Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills. + Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. + Authorization to work in the United States.
