Duties and responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered after-sales agent solutions for vehicle series L & i, ensuring coverage of after-sales scenarios across all user vehicles.
- Identify, evaluate, and conduct on-site technical due diligence for AI Agent vendors in Silicon Valley, negotiate and finalize technology procurement contracts aligned with development requirements.
- Oversee external vendors to ensure timely delivery of core Agent functionalities (e.g., multimodal interaction, self-evolving inference engines)
- Drive North America-localized data training pipelines to enable cross-scenario migration capabilities for adaptive decision-making.
- Attend key industry summits to identify emerging industrial AI technologies, document technical innovations, and deliver monthly cutting-edge technology briefings.
Requirements
Education/Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with a focus on AI/ML, autonomous systems, or industrial automation.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in AI development (reinforcement learning, NLP/CV pipelines) and automotive aftermarket operations (diagnostics, supply chain collaboration).
- Proven success in managing technical vendor partnerships and delivering industrial AI solutions from concept to production.
Knowledge
- Deep knowledge of federated learning frameworks, edge computing, and automotive protocols (e.g., CAN bus, UDS).
- Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks, causal inference, and cloud-edge collaboration architectures.
Skills and Competencies
- Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership to navigate ambiguity, drive cross-functional alignment, and mentor technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge Silicon Valley innovators and China-based stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset to translate technical breakthroughs into scalable business solutions.
