We are seeking to hire a 3+ year experienced Trial Attorney. This is a real trial attorney position. You will handle your own caseload including filing lawsuits, taking and defending depositions, negotiating at mediation and ultimately trying your case to a jury.
Responsibilities
Handle a docket of approximately 75 cases in litigation. You will work with 2 Paralegals to move your cases to conclusion.

Salary plus performance bonus. This is negotiable based on your experience.
We are a mostly remote litigation team. We call it "come and go as you please." We have two team meetings weekly that are held in our Austin office to discuss cases and strategy.
