VP Talent, Culture and Human Resources , multi-unit role for Deluxe USA hotel group base in Puerto Rico
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and culturally astute Vice President of Talent and Culture to lead and elevate the people and service strategy across our client’s luxury hotel portfolio in Puerto Rico and future expansion properties. This executive role is critical in fostering a world-class employee experience that mirrors the elevated service culture expected by discerning guests of luxury hospitality brands.
The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel environments , strong service culture expertise, and a passion for developing high-performance teams. This role is both strategic and operational, partnering closely with senior leadership to cultivate an inspiring culture, drive employee engagement, and ensure talent strategies align with the group’s vision and values.
