Warehouse Manager

Location: On-site in Easton, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift)

Our client, a fast-scaling consumer-goods manufacturer with nationally distributed brands, is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to command the flow of goods through a nearly 200 k-sq-ft production and distribution campus. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you’ll own inventory integrity, staff performance, and continuous-improvement initiatives that keep shelves stocked and customers delighted. Key Responsibilities

• Full-scope operations: Lead receiving, put-away, replenishment, pick/pack/ship, ensuring top-tier accuracy and turnaround times.
• Inventory ownership: Establish cycle-count calendars, investigate variances, and maintain lot traceability across finished goods and production materials.
• People leadership: Coach and schedule a multi-shift team of warehouse associates and company drivers.
• Systems & reporting: Administer the WMS and Excel dashboards to surface KPIs on service, labor, and capacity.
• Cross-functional alignment: Partner with purchasing, planning, and logistics to prevent stockouts and bottlenecks.
• Safety & CI: Champion OSHA compliance, 5S, and cost-reduction projects that boost efficiency and morale.

What You Bring

• 5+ years managing multi-shift warehouse or distribution operations in CPG, food & bev, or light manufacturing.
• Proven success overseeing inventory across 100k + sq-ft facilities
• Strong WMS proficiency and Excel know-how (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Track record of developing warehouse personnel and CDL/non-CDL driver teams.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, lean/CI tools, and data-driven decision making.
