Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Website Production Specialist to join our team and support the ongoing development of our eCommerce Flagship Stores. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in web production and eCommerce operations. In this role, you’ll assist with updating and maintaining our websites, while gaining exposure to campaign launches, site enhancements, and broader digital initiatives. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and fast-paced team, developing your understanding of how a best-in-class eCommerce site operates.

The Website Production Specialist will report to the Ecommerce Product Manager. This position will be based in our Midtown, Manhattan office on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days WFH).

Responsibilities:

  • Site Updates & Maintenance: Own website content updates and routine maintenance. Assist with managing site performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Learn to manage multiple projects with guidance from the team.
  • UX/UI Exposure : Learn about UX/UI best practices, conversion optimization, and performance improvement, helping the team apply these concepts across digital initiatives.
  • Requirements Gathering & Issue Tracking: Shadow senior team members in collecting requirements, tracking bugs or enhancement requests, and supporting day-to-day site operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional partners to help update product, collection, and landing pages across multiple sites, while learning how to communicate requirements clearly.
  • Site Functionality Research: Assist in researching and documenting competitive trends and innovative features that could enhance site functionality.
  • Process Learning & Support: Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support the documentation of updated processes.
  • Documentation & Communication: Learn how to document project needs, timelines, and updates clearly and concisely. Participate in team meetings and status updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Contribute to QA and user acceptance testing processes by assisting with checklists and identifying potential issues under supervision.
  • Launch Support: Be available to support product or campaign launches, occasionally outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in web production, content management, or a digital/eCommerce support role.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify experience a plus). Interest in learning front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Project Coordination: Experience managing digital tasks or timelines and project tracking tools like Monday.com, JIRA, or similar is helpful.
  • Communication & Organization: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to ask questions and learn. Comfortable working with different departments.
  • Analytical Mindset: Interest in using data to inform decisions and optimize digital performance. Familiarity with A/B testing and digital KPIs is a plus.
  • Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-moving environment. Flexible and ready to adapt as project needs evolve.
