We’re looking for a high-integrity, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Louisville, KY. This is a 100% on-site role and a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a collaborative and values-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments to vendors across our family of brands.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with internal teams and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing processes.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of AP processes and systems.
• Be a trusted team member who embodies TurnPoint’s values of honesty, service, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A team player with good character and professional accountability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, specifically Sage Intacct , Service Titan , and Concur , is a significant plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
