Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Architectural Designer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Contribute to projects from inception to completion.
- Assist in production of construction documents. Ensure these follow all relevant standards and regulations.
- Ensure all deadlines are met.
- Oversight of budgeting.
- Work in conjunction with the design team.
- Maintain quality control.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Architecture degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience with K-12 schools is required.
- Must be proficient AutoCAD, and Sketch-Up.
- Familiarity with Revit is required.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft and Adobe suites.
- Strong design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
