Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Skilled Nursing Facility | Contract
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) . This role is ideal for LVNs with strong long-term care experience who are confident in medication administration, resident care coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
Administer medications and provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans
Ensure continuity of care through accurate documentation and communication
Supervise and support CNAs and other support staff
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Utilize electronic medical records accurately and efficiently
Required Qualifications:
Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
Minimum of 2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience (required)
Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (PointClickCare experience preferred)
Current BLS certification
Ability to pass required nursing competency/medical testing
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Professional, respectful, and collaborative approach to patient care

Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
