Job Description

Actively seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing for a FULL TIME & Hybrid Role . The position is fit for a candidate who has Legal Experience within Digital Marketing.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | New York, NY

SALARY: $180 - $260K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• 12+ Years of Marketing Experience REQUIRED
• 5+ Years in a Corporate Law Firm Environment REQUIRED
• Excellent drafting, editing and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Web Analytics, CRM Systems, and SEO Tools REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the firm’s marketing technology, including CRM, EMS, direct marketing technology and social media
• Collaborate with Business Development and IT to advance the digital marketing goals
• Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing team
• Foster collaboration across editorial, design, and business development teams to ensure consistent, high-quality digital content
• Oversee the firm’s CRM system
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure CRM data supports business development and marketing objectives
• Ad Hoc Projects as Assigned
