Job Title: Property Management Manager

Location: Greenville, DE 19807 (5 days a week onsite)

Pay Rate: $44-46/hr. on W2.

Duration: 3 months – Looking to convert to FTE

Hours: 8-5 M-F

Summary:

As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties.

Team Overview: Total of 5 property manager

Responsibilities:

• Assigned specific properties they will manager,
• 8 properties in this portfolio
• They are retail and office- flex pace
• In communication with tenants, in communication with vendors,
• They have mobile engineers onsite, they will coordinate with them.
• Work with vendors on proposals.
• Use P2P, where they do all of their contracts, POP, and invoicing
• Provide the owners with monthly financial reports, adding various comments, actual budget.
• AR need to be on top of tenants if they are not paying rent
• Default notices if needed
• Responsible for doing expenses in Yardi

Must Have Skills:

• Team approach
• People person, be able to communicate with multiple types of people
• Being able to do variance comments
• Being very organized, time management

Nice to have skills:

• Great excel skills
• Would be a HUGE plus if they had Yardi
• Office and retail property management experience would be a huge plus

Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience

Education: Okay with high school diploma but bachelors would be preferred

Software skills: MS Office Suite

Interview Process: Virtual 1st step, then go to 2nd step with senior directors
