A leading specialty contractor with decades of experience in commercial roofing across the Mid-Atlantic is expanding its DC & Baltimore operations. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead on large scale reroof and production projects. The ideal candidate will have a range of experience across a range of roofing systems and experience managing large reroofs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial reroof and repair projects from initial inspection through closeout
  • Coordinate with property managers, federal clients, and internal crews to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee scheduling, dispatch, safety compliance, and quality control
  • Diagnose and propose solutions for roofing issues across systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, slate, and metal
  • Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, and client reports
  • Support warranty work, emergency repairs, and preventative maintenance programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems
  • Experience working with federal, multifamily, or institutional clients preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple service crews and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with safety standards, service software, and client reporting tools
