Reports to: Sr. Project Manager

Position Overview

Global Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial general contracting to lead construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning, resource coordination, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee complex projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to the continued success of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee project planning, buyout, and procurement , ensuring resources and materials are secured efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules , managing timelines, deliverables, and adjustments as necessary.
  • Monitor and control project budgets , ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Define project scope and objectives , ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and potential issues to maintain project efficiency.
  • Track and evaluate project performance , making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within commercial general contracting.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation .
  • Experience coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and third-party vendors .
  • Strong understanding of risk management, change management, and compliance regulations .
  • Proficiency in project documentation and management software .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP or Prince2 Certification .

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Performance-based paid time off (PTO) and vacation :
  • After one year of employment : Two weeks of PTO.
  • After two years of employment (based on performance) : Eligible for an increase to three weeks of PTO.

Salary Range: $90k to 130k/year
