What You'll Be Doing:Manage full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
Partner with leadership on special projects and process improvements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audits and tax filings.
Play a hands-on role in improving financial reporting and operational efficiencies.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and making an impact.
