INSPYR Solutions is partnered with a large growing company in the Individual and Family services industry located in Downtown Houston, that is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join their team! This position will be onsite, 5 days a week with paid parking or bus pass provided.

Corporate Development Analyst

Experience: 2-4 Years

Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and major capital projects across North America. This role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the Board, contributing to financial analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate transactions and capital projects.
• Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments.
• Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for senior executives and the Board.
• Support transaction due diligence, integration planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist finance and legal teams with special projects and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements within the Corporate Development function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and self-motivated.
