What We’re Seeking

• Experience: 2–5 years in corporate finance, with expertise in the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Rule 701.
• Skills: Proficiency with NVCA model documents, Y Combinator SAFE templates, and Carta platforms.
• Strong organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with equity crowdfunding (Reg CF, Reg A+, Rule 506(b)/(c)), Delaware corporate law, or serving as outside general counsel for startups.
• Credentials: Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
