Eagle is looking for a motivated IT Director to direct, plan and implement all technology components of the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify technology needs and make recommendations to leadership
• Maintain the company’s hardware and software programs
• Develop policies for managing the IT infrastructure
• Handle technology updates and train employees on these updates
• Configure new employee systems including laptops
• Manage inventory of company hardware/software
• Manage upgrades, installations and maintenance of company systems
• Make sure the systems are secure
• Conduct phishing training to employees
• Follow up with reported issues to ensure they are resolved

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6 plus years of building and maintaining IT systems for mid-sized companies
• Expertise in in performing system upgrades and installation of new applications
• High degree of professionalism and presentation skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Work Conditions:

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Sitting and working at a desk for extended periods of time

Salary Range: 160-175k

Location: This position is based at our headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with occasional travel as needed.
