Epicor Kinetic Developer

Location: Northwest Indiana / Chicagoland Region (Onsite 3x per week)

Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

Salary: $100–140K DOE + Discretionary Bonus

Daily Responsibilities:

• Leading ERP process improvement initiatives across departments
• Participating in Epicor Steering Committees to align implementation goals and track progress
• Providing end-to-end support for Epicor enhancements, including customizations in C# and SQL, BPM logic, Application Studio workflows, and REST integrations
• Overseeing MES and Quality Control customizations tailored to production workflows
• Troubleshooting system issues, optimizing user permissions, and streamlining cross-team support
• Spearheading system training, knowledge sharing, and documentation for improved user adoption
• Collaborating on internal digital transformation projects
• Driving discovery, prototyping, and implementation of smart business solutions
• Leveraging Agile methodologies for sprint management, process documentation, and testing
• Building scalable solutions by assessing bottlenecks and creating innovative workflows

Qualifications:

• 4+ years developing within Epicor Kinetic ERP in manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in C#, SQL, BPM, Application Studio, and RESTful APIs
• Experience with DMT (Data Management Tool) and user security structures
• Solid foundation in Agile project delivery and business process documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
