We are looking for a motivated Prophet 21 Analyst to support our ERP environment and users. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ years of Prophet 21 or ERP support experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.

Position Overview

The Prophet 21 Analyst will serve as a key member of the IT and Operations team, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for ERP users across the organization. You will troubleshoot system issues, assist in configuration and setup, and work closely with users to understand and improve workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, customer-focused, and driven to grow their ERP and business systems knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ERP support (Level 1 and Level 2) for Prophet 21 users
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP functionality, reporting, and system performance
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams
• Document support tickets, resolutions, and training materials
• Assist with system configurations, testing, upgrades, and rollouts
• Support data integrity, report generation, and basic SQL queries as needed
• Provide end-user training and onboarding for ERP system usage
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, sales, and finance teams to ensure ERP supports business processes effectively

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting Prophet 21 or a similar ERP system
• Strong end-user support background (Level 1 and/or Level 2 helpdesk experience)
• Experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and data flows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into advanced ERP support or business analyst responsibilities
• Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, or Excel-based reporting is a plus
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
