Pro Reconstruction Experts Inc. is a professional disaster recovery and restoration company specializing in fire and water mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services. We work with residential and commercial property owners, property managers, and insurance carriers to restore properties following covered losses. Our focus is on clear documentation, quality workmanship, and efficient project execution from initial assessment through completion.

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Water Mitigation / Restoration Project Manager to oversee active mitigation and restoration projects from assignment through closeout. This role requires strong field coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining accurate project documentation, communicating with clients and insurance representatives, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards.

• Manage fire and water mitigation/restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
• Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate damage and determine scope of work
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials for each project
• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with applicable regulations
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and internal team members
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including photos, notes, reports, and updates
• Perform regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Address field issues, scope changes, and project adjustments as needed
• Support project closeout, final documentation, and completion processes
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule for emergency mitigation response

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience managing fire and water mitigation/restoration projects , including mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction
• Strong working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and restoration industry best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proven leadership experience supervising technicians, subcontractors, and field crews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with project management tools, documentation platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• IICRC certifications (WRT, FRT)
• Experience working directly with insurance claims, documentation, and adjusters
