The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Conduct fitness consultations, movement assessments, and personalized planning to understand and support client goals.
• Design and deliver individual training programs and group sessions (e.g., for 2–4 members), ensuring safety, proper form, and progressive adaptation.
• Energize and motivate members during sessions while acting as a role model for healthy living and positive mindset.
• Actively market and promote personal training services, drive training sales, and work toward retention and revenue goals.
