Are you a motivated and experienced Paralegal ready to take on new challenges? We are looking for an experience Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling insurance defense cases. If you’re passionate about law, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You must have defense side litigation experience and experience in billing time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit)
• Assist with trial prep and ensure everything runs smoothly
• Communicate with clients and attorneys to keep things moving forward
• Dive into insurance defense cases and help us secure favorable outcomes for our clients

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on insurance defense
• Familiarity with insurance defense case strategies and processes
• Solid experience handling billable hours
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Top-notch writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Experience with case management systems like Time Matters or Clio is a plus
• Comfortable with state and federal e-filing
• Great communication skills (we like to keep things clear and concise!)
