Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead the Med/Surg/Telemetry unit at a high-volume acute care hospital. This leadership role is responsible for clinical excellence, staff performance, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced inpatient environment.
The hospital performs approximately 4,000 surgeries annually and averages 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month , offering a dynamic and impactful leadership setting.
